At Thrivin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures you get back to your training as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unworn items with original tags in the original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
